DURAY CUSTOM STAINLESS STEEL DISH ROOM
This high volume dish room combines two Flight-Type dish machines, a rack conveyor glass washer, and pot/utensil warewasher all in one room. Dishware, glassware, utensils and large cookware can be processed simultaneously.
Soiled dish table with under rack pre-rinse spray nozzles. Full scrapping water troughs with gusher heads. Table includes two waste collectors. All welded construction, double sided rack shelves. Solid stainless steel turn guide helps direct dish racks towards entrance to Flight-Type dish machines and utensil conveyor washer. Stainless rollers to machine connection for easier use.
Soiled glassware enters the warewasher from the soiled drop-off and are guided into a rack conveyor warewasher. Racks with the clean glassware exits the machine onto stainless steel rollers to direct the racks to a glass and dish dollie loading area.
